Learning You Can Hear in One Session
Programmes support musical development, listening skills, coordination, teamwork, confidence, cultural awareness, creative expression, performance skills and student engagement.
Led by specialists
Sessions are directed by Marcos Santana and experienced TRIBO musicians who work with young people every week.
Adapted to your setting
Group size, ability, space and behaviour needs shape the plan — including SEND and SEMH provision.
Ends in performance
Where the timetable allows, projects finish with a sharing that gives pupils a real reason to rehearse.

Primary education
Playful, structured sessions building pulse, coordination and ensemble listening from Key Stage 1 upwards.
Secondary education
Technique, rhythmic literacy and ensemble direction, linked to music curriculum objectives and performance.
SEND
Sensory-aware sessions with adaptable instruments, flexible pacing and clear visual and physical cues.
SEMH
Highly structured, achievable sessions that build regulation, focus and positive group identity.
Enrichment days
A full day of workshops rotating through year groups, ending in a whole-school sharing.
Cultural celebration days
Programmes built around a school's cultural calendar and community.
Black History Month
Sessions rooted in the history of samba-reggae and the Black cultural movements of Salvador, Bahia.
Carnival projects
Preparation for school carnivals and local parades, including processional rehearsal.
End-of-term performances
A project designed to finish with a confident public performance for parents and staff.
Music curriculum enrichment
Specialist input supporting non-specialist teachers and existing schemes of work.
After-school clubs
Weekly clubs building a school drumming group over a term or year.
