We want you to feel confident booking with us. If you are not satisfied with your workshop booking, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by TRIBOBAND C.I.C. back to the card used for payment via SumUp. To request a refund, email us at info@triboband.uk with your booking payment reference.
Cancellations by us
If we have to cancel a workshop for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another session, whichever you prefer.
